Using our media you can get your unit certified by USDA NOP and NPOP or any other organic standards and its cheaper than doing a traditional chemical media. The nutrient formulation consists of three commonly available agricultural by-products along with organic micro additives. The ratios are adjusted post analysis of every batch of the by-products to suit the needs of high quality chlorella cultivation.

We use stringent test for the agriculture products so that we can have reliable cultivation of chlorella across the year and cater to your individual unit’s chlorella behavior.
Our raceways designs keep in mind long terms implications of wear and tear, ease of cleaning and access to important points. They will last without any issues or requiring maintenance for at least 25 years. We have also come up with a way that reduces cost of construction and speed up the installation.
Keeping in mind the soil conditions we opt for different construction methodologies. The raceways are then engineered and sized to maximize the land utilization keeping in mind the guidelines of industrial standards and efficiency.
We suggest to use food grade and high quality HDPE based geo membrane for the raceways. The construction methodology is simple to follow and fast enough to finish all the ponds in just days.

Harvesting is the most critical part of any microalgae, due to the concentration being very low at 0.05% and the size of the chlorella being microscopic its usually a difficult ordeal to harvest. The current market standard of using centrifuge is extremely capital intensive and operationally expensive. The same is true for most membrane based filtration
We have the option of using a food grade flocculant or electrocoagulation along our gentle, low electricity drum based harvesting system, makes sure your chlorella is gently harvested without any human interference or damage. Power consumption of is very minimum at 1 unit of power per 30000 liters of culture processed. The low power consumption, autonomous operation with zero labor and very low maintenance cost reduces your operational expense to almost nothing.
The flocculant is a proprietary derivative from another nutraceutical substance and it enhances the quality of chlorella for harvesting. The option of ultra convenient electrocoagulation is also available which uses special non donor or non corroding electrodes keeping the chlorella harvest completely free of any contamination.

What is the easiest way to reduce drying time and cost? The simplest way is to have lesser material to dry. By this we don’t mean reduce your Chlorella production but remove as much water content as possible before sending it for drying.
Our negative pressure based dewatering and caking system is a full autonomous water suction system that removes all mechanically removable water from the slurry. This leaves behind a thick cake with 20% solids that can be easily dried with our various drying options. The process is again gentle, non damaging to the chlorella. Its done in just few minutes and is built as an online continuous process. The discharged cake is easy to spray dry or convert to noodle or flakes as per your requirement. The machine has no consumables, low maintenance, low power consuming and easy to clean with CIP (Clean in place) options available.
We also have option of using the more straightforward method of decanters for concentrating the chlorella harvest to upto 17% solids.

To make the contents of the cell digestible to humans or for extraction we need to break the cell walls of the algae, we offer third party vendor solutions that have been vetted by us. We have the option of going for homogenizer or wet bead mill or ultrasonication.
All these options are available in scale and GMP standards. Very well suited for large scale and economic cell cracking.
