Radial flow settler:
Suitable for free floating solids that can be settled or floated, comes with auto discharge system that make it maintenance free. SS or FRP make available for long life. This system has no moving parts and zero consumables, so is our preferred method of separation.
Static screen filter:
A zero moving part system that continuously cleans itself, made of SS is the most simplest of filtration system capable of filtering up to 200 microns with large flow rates. MOC is full stainless steel for very long life, this is also available with auto washing option. Zero consumables and full self contained.
Rotary drum filter:
A customized version of the rotary drum filter built for solids up to 25 micron, with auto cleaning. We suggest this in situations where the solid percentage in the effluent is high for example above 0.5% up to 5%. This version uses much lesser power and instead of letting the water flow from outside to inside the drum our version uses reverse flow which provides significant flow advantages.
Bead filter:
100% solid removal up to 200 micron and 30% per pass up to 50 micron, available with self back washing mechanism. Suggested for effluents with low solid loads, usually as secondary filter when medium solid loads are present. Available in complete SS 316 MOC. No moving parts, will last for ages requiring almost no intervention.
Sludge dewatering:
Vacuum based filtering for mechanical pressure based dewatering of the sludge, our unique system is a non conveyor based system with special SS and nylon based mesh. What this means to you is no expensive belt replacement, very compact cake, easy cleaning and maintenance of the unit. Sludge discharge is smooth and based on positive pressure and not on knife so no knife maintenance required as well.
Sludge drying:
Vacuum based drying: Quick, low power consumption, low space consumption, the most logical method to dry fast and effectively. Completely skid mounted, easy to use process that can be operated by non skilled labor, very minimal moving parts and highly durable.
Convection based drying:
A low cost version of the tray dryer specifically designed as per your sludge, drying by heating the air and removing the moisture in controlled space for faster and all weather drying.
Most treatments of waste water require coagulants, MBR and with heavy aeration. This has continuous maintenance, high energy requirements and in most cases is not very efficient and zero discharge.
Micro algae are gifted to grow rapidly doubling in few hours, as they grow they absorb what ever is in the water. That includes the organic and inorganic carbon, which is the cause of BOD and COD, nitrates, ammonia , phosphorous and even heavy metals. All of this they do while increasing the DO.
So no additional aeration, no clogging membranes, no large energy demands. They do all the treatment naturally.
